Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with strong expertise in Pega PRPC platform and case management solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing scalable business applications using the Pega platform while ensuring adherence to best practices and system architecture standards.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Design and develop applications using the Pega PRPC platform.
Build and configure case management workflows business rules and integrations.
Develop reusable components activities data transforms and decision rules.
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP services.
Participate in design reviews code reviews and architecture discussions.
Ensure adherence to Pega best practices guardrails and coding standards.
Support deployment debugging and performance optimization of Pega applications.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Have Skills:
57 years of experience in application development with strong experience in Pega PRPC.
Hands-on experience in case management workflow design and business rule implementation.
Experience with Pega integrations (REST SOAP connectors services).
Strong understanding of Pega architecture and guardrails.
Experience in data modeling UI design and decision management.
Knowledge of Agile development methodology.
