Junior Regional Operations Manager (mfd)

As part of the Operations team youll be responsible for managing relationships with bus partners monitoring service performance and coordinating new line setups. Youll support quality safety and training initiatives support operational excellence through data analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices.

Please note this is a 1-year fixed-term contract position.

About the Role

• Build develop and continuously optimize strong and trusted partnerships with local operators
• Train support and coach drivers in accordance with international quality standards
• Adapt maintain and continuously improve service and quality standards to meet the specific needs of the Italian market
• Ensure a smooth accurate and efficient launch of new routes
• Monitor manage and improve customer NPS related to local bus partners
• Track operational performance and proactively identify and resolve quality issues
• Serve as the primary point of reference for quality and performance matters with local partners
  

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience within Operations Transport Logistics or similar field
• Excellent command of Italian and good proficiency in English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders (business partners bus drivers station managers and regional authorities)
• Solid analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Flexibility combined with a hands-on proactive approach
