Job Summary
- Lead the architectural design of technical buildings equipment rooms control buildings industrial facilities and administrative support structures.
- Prepare concept developed and detailed architectural drawings in full compliance with applicable codes authority regulations and project requirements.
- Conduct and lead design and coordination meetings with clients operators and internal engineering teams.
- Coordinate all architectural interfaces with MEP structural civil and systems disciplines.
- Develop and review combined services drawings (CSD) and ensure alignment with all design packages.
- Review inputs from other disciplines incorporate client comments and issue revised drawings and documentation.
- Support the preparation of BOD specifications and technical reports as required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in architectural design for industrial infrastructure or technical buildings.
- Excellent command of Revit and AutoCAD with strong BIM coordination experience.
- Familiarity with NFPA codes DEWA standards and relevant international building codes.
- Strong communication client-facing and design leadership skills.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary engineering environments is preferred.
