About the Team

As part of PwCs Workforce Consulting team you will be helpingorganisationssolve their most important workforce and HR problems. You will collaborate with inspiring leaders and a diverse pool of talented professionals to deliver outstanding value to our clients; implementingorganisationaltransformation improving workforce performance developing talentstrategiesand managing human capital risks. About the role

Depending on your experience and aspirations you willbe responsible forcollaborating with diverse teams to help our clients by:

  • Driving change enablement as part of large transformation programs

  • Developing digital adoption strategies working closely with some of the worlds largest enterprise tech providers

  • Reinventing operating model and redesigningorganisationstructure to drive their growth agenda

  • Shaping Transformational leaders

  • Delivering new ways of working and culture

  • Creating skills and learning strategies and career pathways

  • Develop and implement change roadmaps that integrate AI solutions with organizational processes and workforce structures.

  • Identifyemerging workforce capabilities and future skills requirements driven by AI adoption and digitalization trends.

  • Transforming HR function tooptimisethe value and impact that HR can deliver

About you

  • Demonstrate growth mindset analyticalproblem-solvingskillsand the ability to work in complex and dynamic environments

  • Minimum 4 -5 yearsof relevant experience within the human capital domain including consulting experience

  • Familiarity withAI applications in HR digital workforce tools or automation platforms

  • Identifyemerging workforce capabilities and future skills requirements driven by AI adoption and digitalization trends

  • Work closely with senior leaders including C-suite stakeholders to align AI transformation goals with business priorities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build and sustain trusted client relationships

  • Collaboration and participation within a highly diverse and inclusive regional team with exposure to teams globally

  • Ability to work independently be part of large streams of work

  • Good domain knowledge across Workforce consultinge.g.ChangeManagement andOrganisationDesign

  • Ability to multitask andprioritiseworkload with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
