Responsibilities
Coordinate the administrative aspects of staff recruitment and interview scheduling
Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed with a high degree of accuracy
Maintain accurate digital personnel files and the schools HR information system
Assist in the preparation of high-calibre reports for the Board of Governors
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an inclusive and professional workspace
Qualifications and Experience
Strong administrative background with a passion for HR
High standards of professional conduct and communication
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy under pressure
Must have the right to work in the UK
