Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility and physical exercises promoting a healthy lifestyle and encouraging physical well-being.
Medication Management: Support clients in adhering to medication regimes handling prescriptions responsibly and ensuring their health is monitored.
Documentation: Diligently report and document daily care activities and be alert to any changes in the clients condition communicating effectively with the team to ensure the best possible care.
