We are looking for an individual who can provide the technical expertise that encourages staff to achieve their best through organized and supportive HR practices.

Responsibilities
Manage the schools performance management and appraisal cycles
Lead on the management of the Single Central Record and safeguarding audits
Support the Headteacher in managing staff absence and return-to-work processes
Provide advice to staff on school policies ensuring they are applied fairly and consistently
Participate in a strong culture of professional development across the Trust
Qualifications and Experience
Significant experience in an HR operational role
High standards of professional presentation and punctuality
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Must have the right to work in the UK
