We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrator for a prestigious Independent school in Gloucester. This role is for an April 2026 start. We are looking for an individual who can lead by example in the administrative office helping the school maintain its high standards through efficient and meticulous personnel management.

Responsibilities
Process staff contracts and variations to terms and conditions
Coordinate the induction and onboarding programme for new starters
Act as the primary user for the schools HR and payroll software
Support the HR Officer in preparing for ISI and Ofsted inspections
Maintain a well-ordered and professional digital and physical filing system
Qualifications and Experience
Proven reliability and a hardworking can-do attitude
Experience in an administrative or secretarial role is desirable
Strong ICT skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Must have the right to work in the UK
