The SF Pricing & Tender Mgmt Operations Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of Pricing & Tender Management operations through meticulous administrative and clerical support. Managing essential office tasks designing efficient and cost effective logistics processes for our customers optimizing costs and providing comprehensive support to the operational teams.
This role demonstrates dependability in handling tasks a caring attitude towards team collaboration a proactive approach to improving processes and a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate and solve challenges. This all to actively contributing to the operational success of the business and providing an excellent service to our customers.
About the Job
In this position you work closely with the sales team to understand our customers needs.
You support the sales department by analyzing customer needs contributing to proposals and gathering insights to strengthen our market position.
You hold close contact with our operational departments to ensure smooth handling of our business.
Our customers can always count on you when it comes to correct and transparent pricing. You always ensure the best solution for all parties.
- You contribute to the Benelux pricing strategy and ensure the correct use of our internal systems while helping optimize profitability.
- You guide new customers through a complete onboarding process ensuring smooth integration and high customer satisfaction.
You ensure that all agreements are executed correctly focusing on quality pricing reporting and customer satisfaction.
You support the Customer Success process by closely following customer needs and contributing to improved volumes and results.
- Networking is great part of this position. Customers and carriers know where to find you.
About You
You have extensive experience in Sea Freight Forwarding (at least 5 years) preferably in a similar role.
- You have a strong network within the Port of Rotterdam and are familiar with the various stakeholders.
- You are a team player and driven to support other teams with the goal to collectively achieve customer satisfaction.
You naturally possess commercial flair and are able to spot new opportunities like no other.
You are entrepreneurial ambitious and able to plan and manage your work independently.
You are fluent in both Dutch and English spoken and written.
