DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Responsible for leading the manufacturing and materials groups in order to meet the goals regarding customer service cost quality and on time delivery.
- Assign the right person to the right position to improve quality and improve productivity of those areas under his responsibility.
- Ensure adherence to the company policies and procedures in each activity and by all employees.
- Supervise the right purchasing orders placement which should specify the acquiring delivery and payment conditions as well as the parts specifications.
- Ensure the correct admiration in raw material WIP and finished goods to maximize inventory turn
- Develop polices and procedures that meet the corporate ones
- Development and feedback to the Direct Labor team support and administrative personnel by establishing means and systems that promote a self-directive leadership with respect and trust to promote a good work environment and a high-performance team
- Capital expenses and personnel development and administration
- Encourage the continuous improvement methodology utilization in products and processes through systems thinking
- Ensure the product quality standards through the Control Plan PFMEA work instructions and processes monitoring
- Lead the productivity improvement through lean manufacturing methodologies
- Keep communication and information exchange with the corporate/headquarters
