The People & Culture Coordinator loves to take care of our team and is passionate about creating an inspiring and engaging working environment along the whole employee a proud supporter of a purpose driven company you will support in guarding and growing our awesome Zoku culture and make sure our values are lived while managing admin tasks.
You will report to the General Manager in Paris and the People & Culture Lead in Amsterdam while working closely together with the international team of P&C Coordinators.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
As a versatile People & Culture Coordinator in Paris no day looks the same but heres a glimpse of what you can expect:
Be our culture guardian: You will be the contact person for all Zokus (30 team members) handle onboardings and advise leaders on people related topics. You will set measures to promote corporate culture and organize trainings.
Rock our People Operations: You are responsible for the people operations. This includes: keeping track of time recording andcompleting the month end payroll together with our payroll partner. You ensure proper contracting of all employees safety at work and check that we follow the right labor law. You also carry out employee surveys and analyze results together with the leadership team.
Plan legendary team outings: Zoku is not just a workplace! Based on the annual P&C calendar you organize team events together with the celebrations team and take care of the local employee benefit program.
Find the next superstars: Together with our leaders you organize the recruiting and hiring of all departments whilst keeping our job platform up to date. You are also in close contact with universities and attend fairs to promote Zoku as an employer of choice.

A FEW MUST HAVES
You have at least a bachelor level in the field of HR psychology or business
You have at least 2 years of working experiencein a similar role
You have experience working with French labor law
You are fluent in both Frenchand English
You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for France
