Laborer Non Union

Job Summary
The Laborer Non Union performs essential manual labor tasks to support construction projects ensuring sites are clean safe and operations run efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
* Perform general labor duties such as digging lifting carrying loading and unloading materials.
* Assist skilled tradespersons (e.g. carpenters masons plumbers) as directed.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment including sweeping debris removal and waste disposal.
* Operate small hand and power tools safely and efficiently (e.g. shovels rakes brooms tampers grinders).
* Erect and dismantle temporary structures scaffolding and barricades.
* Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction equipment and tools.
* Follow all safety regulations and company policies including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Spot for heavy equipment operators to ensure safe movement on site.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.

Job Qualifications
* Previous experience in a construction or manual labor role preferred but not required.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) standing for extended periods bending stooping and climbing.
* Strong work ethic and reliability.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
* Understanding and adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
* Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Basic understanding of construction site operations is a plus.
* Valid drivers license preferred.
