Expectations: At a minimum eachrecruiting coordinatoristo
Be prepared fordailymeetings withthe RecruitingManagerand or/Recruitertodiscuss goalsand thecandidate pipeline
Workday ensure full lifecycle requisition management
Send an updated recruiting tracking report by EOD every Friday
Updating current headcounts and upcoming class numbers in Teams on a regular basis
Holdyourselfaccountableto thegoals set
Attend 2 sales meetings/ marketing huddlesper week
Regular updates to Referral payouts through attending morning meetings site newsletters flyers etc.
Weekly Social Media Activity to include likes shares posts
Pre-hire candidatecheckin (minimum once a week) with at least one face-to-face meeting before orientation
Timecard approvals must be completed by the close of the pay period bi-weekly
Prioritizing urgent items appropriate turnaroundtime to all internal/external customers
All vacations must berequested & approvedby their immediate supervisorat least two weeks in advance.
