SAP Specialist

Allwyn is looking for an experienced SAP Specialist to join our fast-growing cloud-first corporate environment. This role is suited to someone who brings deep SAP expertise enjoys taking ownership of systems and solutions and can translate business needs into scalable technical outcomes. You will operate as a trusted subject matter expert working closely with HR Finance Operations and Technology teams to optimise our SAP Cloud landscape and enable efficient secure and integrated ways of working

What Youll Do:

• Own and continuously optimise Allwyns SAP landscape across SuccessFactors Concur and S/4HANA ensuring performance scalability and business alignment.
• Act as the SAP subject matter expert partnering with HR Finance Operations and Technology teams to design effective system solutions and improvements.
• Lead SAP identity and access design including user lifecycle management role governance provisioning automation and compliance controls.
• Design and enhance integrations between SAP and Microsoft Cloud environments (Entra ID / Azure AD M365) to enable secure and seamless operations.
• Translate business requirements into SAP configurations enhancements and scalable technical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation optimisation and process efficiency opportunities across the SAP ecosystem.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners to deliver enhancements and resolve complex system issues.
• Maintain clear architectural documentation and standards for the Allwyn SAP environment.

• What you Bring
• Solid experience in SAP administration (SuccessFactors Concur S/4HANA).
• Strong skills in Entra ID (Azure AD) including:
• Identity Governance (IGA)
• Conditional Access
• Application integration (SCIM SSO federation etc.)
• Proven experience with SAP Microsoft cloud integrations and identity lifecycle designs.
• Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally with other departments.
• Strong ownership mindset analytical skills and ability to prioritize.
