Job Summary

Position: Sr Business Analyst Servicenow HR
Location: Oshawa ON (3 days remote)
Structure: Contract 24 months to start
Pay:$80.00 - $95.00 p/h inc. HST

Deliverables

Elicit document and prioritize business requirements across IT HR and security teams translating needs into structured user stories and functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to analyze business processes identify improvement opportunities and support solution design.
Manage and refine the product backlog while participating in Agile ceremonies and collaborating with development teams to ensure timely delivery of user stories.
Coordinate testing activities maintain documentation support user training and contribute to workflow automation using ServiceNow testing and automation capabilities.

Experience Required

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience working within platforms developed by ServiceNow particularly HR Service Delivery and IT Service Management modules.
Experience creating detailed user stories acceptance criteria and breaking down complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience participating in sprint planning stand-ups backlog refinement and retrospectives.
Experience collaborating with technical teams to design workflows support testing activities and automate processes using ServiceNow testing frameworks.
Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist considered an asset along with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
