As a Digital Project Manager within the Services organisation you will play a pivotal role in driving the deployment enhancement and adoption of digital solutions that enable our Field Services and Service Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You will be part of a dynamic crossfunctional digital ecosystemworking closely with Deployment Leaders Business Analysts Integration Managers and technical expertsto translate business needs into actionable digital roadmaps and ensure successful endtoend delivery of digital capabilities across our global Services landscape.

Operating at the intersection of technology process and business transformation you will guide projects from conception to completion champion digital ways of working and help our organisation embrace modern tools datadriven decisionmaking and seamless user experiences. Your role ensures that digital initiatives land effectively in countries teams and operationscreating measurable impact in efficiency customer satisfaction and service excellence.



Key Responsibilities


Your project is part of the large scale Services Front Office growth and business transformation. Your responsibilities are to:

Project Governance & Execution

. Drive solution resources and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle.
. Build and lead the execution of the project plan coordinating across various technology platforms
. Oversee project activities to ensure timelines are met and risks/issues are mitigated.
. Report progress risks and decisions to the program manager.


Stakeholder & Business Alignment

. Act as the primary liaison between business/zone stakeholders and the project team.
. Confirm and onboard the project team before kickoff clarifying roles and responsibilities.
. Collaborate with BRMs and business stakeholders to ensure timely requirement gathering and alignment with project goals


Testing & Cutover Support

. Support the local business team during UAT ensure sign-off and manage issue resolution cadence.
. Coordinate with release managers to align release schedules with project timelines.
. Assist with cutover activities and ensure digital team plans are well documented.


Change Management & Adoption

. Facilitate understanding of deployment impacts and support training efforts.
. Enable smooth adoption through change management and post-deployment follow-up.



Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

. Track project progress against business requirements and report status and risks.
. Collect post-deployment feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
. Foster close cooperation across all roles and functions.




Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:


. 4 years of experience in managing IT projects.
. Experience with managing global stakeholders
. Strong grasp of pricing systems & digital tools
. Experience with SAP CPQ Jira will be an advantage
. Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
. Bachelors in Business IT Engineering or related
. Fluent English.
