About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to help scale Sortlist in the French market. This role is based in our Madrid office where youll play a key role in expanding our presence and driving revenue growth in France.

France is a strategic high-potential market for Sortlist. Weve built strong brand awareness among agencies and now we need dedicated sales talent to accelerate growth.

This role exists to expand Sortlists footprint in France by identifying ambitious agencies building trusted relationships and helping them generate new business. Youll navigate a relationship-first ecosystem where trust is key and closing cycles are longer. Your work will directly impact revenue market credibility and platform adoption.

Your Responsibilities

  • Grow a portfolio of French B2B clients in digital marketing creative and IT services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with strong conversion and retention.
  • Engage prospects through calls emails LinkedIn and events.
  • Understand client challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing Customer Success Product) to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Report to your Sales Manager and contribute insights to market strategy.

Your Profile

  • Native French speaker fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
  • 0-3 years experience in B2B sales business development or SaaS.
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales-driven proactive resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in digital marketing agencies or tech is a plus.
  • Based in Madrid and open to hybrid work (3 days in office).

  • Outbound prospecting & pipeline generation with AI support.
  • Consultative discovery to understand client models and challenges.
  • Full-cycle deal management: objections negotiation and closing.
