Responsibilities
- A case assigner organizes facilitates and evaluates lead assignments throughout the United States and US Territories for both employee and 1099 investigators
- Must be able to analyze data from excel and Xcelerate Solutions case management system while using a mapping system tool to create assignments for investigators
- Must be willing to help assist with other departments and administrative task as set throughout the program
- Must be proficient in the following areas:
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Organizational and Multitasking Skills
- Proficient with the use of Excel
Requirements:
- US Citizenship Required
- BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
- Required Experience: 5 years of related experience
