Your Role:
As aService Loaner Coordinator / cashier youll be the first point of contact for customers needing loaner vehicles while their Volvo is in service. Your role is essential in delivering a smooth professional and premium customer experience that reflects the Volvo brands commitment to care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the loaner car fleet ensuring availability cleanliness and proper maintenance
- Schedule and coordinate loaner vehicles for service customers
- Clearly communicate loaner policies and procedures to customers
- Inspect returned vehicles for cleanliness and damage
- Collaborate with service advisors to streamline vehicle exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicle usage and agreements
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience in customer service or the automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail when managing inventory and processing agreements
- Positive team-oriented attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Experience with dealership software (CDK/ADP) is a plus
