Payoneer is looking for a RevOps Lead to build and operate the targeting and data workflows that power our outbound engine. This role directly impacts pipeline and revenue by ensuring our sales teams target the right companies with high-quality data and scalable workflows.
You dont need to be an engineer but you should be comfortable working with systems and tools AI prompting data integrations and automations.
What youll do:
- Build and maintain outbound targeting logic and high-intent ICP lists using AI tools and a modern data stack (e.g. Clay)
- Analyze accounts and validate ICP fit using structured data and AI workflows
- Ensure outbound data quality by monitoring enrichment sources fixing gaps and improving coverage
- Ingest and structure data from registries data providers and partners
- Design and improve automations and workflows across Clay CRM and sales tools to reduce manual work and increase sales rep productivity
- Upload deduplicate and route leads in Salesforce and outbound tools
- Translate sales strategy into data fields and signals that enable personalization at scale
- Own CRM logic and hygiene for outbound processes
- Track performance identify drivers of pipeline and continuously improve targeting and outreach inputs
Who you are:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in RevOps Sales Ops GTM Ops or a similar analytical role
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or Python with the ability to pull data from APIs (authentication pagination JSON handling) and ability to scrape websites into structured datasets.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Clay & Excel.
- Experience supporting outbound sales or lead generation programs.
- Analytical technically curious systems thinker who enjoys automations and process improvement
What could set you apart (nice to have):
- Working knowledge of PowerBI
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience working with outbound sales tools and enrichment platforms
- Experience working with APIs no-code automation tools or data integrations
