Senior PM Amazon Fire TV Ads, Fire TV and Prime Video Ads

The Amazon Device Ad Products Team is seeking an experienced product manager to define and build new ad products and monetization strategies for Fire TV one of Amazons fastest-growing streaming platforms.

We are continually experimenting with new models that will delight Fire TV viewers with content deals and discovery moments they actually want.

Were looking for an entrepreneurial product leader who can help define and create new ad products and monetization strategies through customer experience and product alignment with other Amazon groups. This role will focus on building both Fire TV-specific as well as cross-device ad experiences. Youll own the product roadmap and full P&L end-to-end: from market and competitive research to go-to-market strategy advertiser adoption and customer feedback loops. This is a leadership position that requires initiative technical depth and the ability to imagine bold new experiences for both viewers and advertisers then roll up your sleeves to drive the revenue margin and investment decisions that scale them.

- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 3 years of team management experience
- 2 years of end to end product delivery experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience in software development

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
