JOB TITLE: Video & Content Creation Intern
Description:
Are you passionate about video storytelling and content creationWerelooking for a creative Summer Video Content Intern to help produce engaging training and communication videos used by thousands of employees across our company.
In this roleyoullwork with our Talent team to create short impactful videos for our internal learning with leaders and subject matter experts across departments to turn ideas into engaging video content that supports employee onboarding leadership development safety trainingcompany culture and more.
This internship provides hands-on experience producing real content used across a large organization and offers excellent portfolio-building opportunities.
What Youll Create:
Short training and communication videos used by employees across the company
Engaging video content developed with subject matter experts to support learning and development initiatives
Story-driven videos featuring employees and company leaders
Micro-learning videos created from company trainings and events
Visually engaging videos using graphics images b-roll and AI video tools
Training and onboarding videos in partnership with teams such as HR Safety IT and Operations
What Were Looking For:
Student pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media Film/Video Production or similar
Experience with video editing tools(AdobePremierePro)
Creative thinker with strong storytelling instincts
Organized detailed-orientedand able to manage multiple video projects
Comfortablecollaboratingwith professionals across departments
Interestin learning how video can support training leadership development and employee engagement
