Position Description: We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Tier 2 Specialist to support a Federal Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This role focuses on SailPoint IIQ configuration IAM operations workflow development and Tier 2 troubleshooting within a complex enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting SailPoint IIQ implementations in federal environments along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable identity governance and access management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide business analysis and technical support for a federal SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation
- Translate business requirements into SailPoint IIQ configurations enhancements and workflows
- Configure and maintain Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes
- Support Tier 2 IAM operations troubleshooting identity governance and access provisioning issues
- Debug and optimize BeanShell scripts workflows and SailPoint policies
- Troubleshoot integration issues across Active Directory LDAP HR systems and cloud applications
- Support SailPoint IIQ upgrades patching maintenance and release management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather identity governance and access management requirements
- Document workflows configurations system changes and operational procedures
- Investigate and resolve defects bugs and access control issues
- Track and resolve issues using ServiceNow ticketing system
Required Skills / Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- 4 years of experience supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementations preferably in federal environments
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and identity governance
- Experience with SailPoint IIQ configuration workflows and access lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with:
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
- Experience integrating SailPoint with:
- Active Directory
- LDAP
- HR systems
- Enterprise or cloud applications
- Familiarity with SailPoint APIs
- Experience working with ServiceNow ticketing systems
- Ability to support Tier 2 troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- SailPoint IdentityIQ Certification (Associate Professional or Engineer)
- Experience supporting federal or government IAM programs
- Prior experience working in enterprise IAM environments
- Experience supporting security compliance and identity governance initiatives
- Active or previous Top Secret clearance
