Inside Sales Specialist

Summary/Objectives

RJ Young is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound sales opportunities. This role supports our sales team by qualifying leads engaging prospects and helping drive revenue growth through excellent customer interaction and follow-up.

As an Inside Sales Specialist youll play a critical role in our sales process by engaging with prospects at the earliest stages. Youll handle inbound inquiries perform outbound outreach and ensure qualified leads are delivered to our Account Executives with accurate and thorough information.

Essential Functions

• Answer inbound phone calls web leads emails and live chats
• Perform outbound calls and emails to qualify potential and existing customers
• Research and gather detailed information on leads to support the sales team
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
• Follow up with Account Executives to ensure timely lead handoff
• Cold call prospects to help set appointments for the sales team
• Confidently use Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word

Work Environment

• This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

• Abilityto sit forlong periods of time

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

• Full time Monday through Friday typically 8am 5pm

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree in communication business marketing or related field

• 2-3 years experience in similar sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
