Program Manager/Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Must Have Skills
Skill 1 Yrs of Exp 12 -Program Manager/Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Skill 2 - Yrs of Exp 6 - Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile Release Train (ART) processes
SKill 3 - Yrs Of Exp - 5 - experience leading Agile teams as Scrum Master or Product Owner. Experience with launching Agile Release Trains.
SKill 4 - Yrs Of Exp - 6 - Act as a conduit to other teams and lines of business stakeholders Track and produce key metrics
SKill 5 - Yrs Of Exp - 6 - Support ART teams with ART Launch and Agile transformations. Serve as an expert on Agile software principles to other team members
Preferred Education and Experience Scaled Agile certification (SPC) Experience in both start-ups and consolidated companies is preferred. Expeirnce in managing Big Data platform technologies is plus
Exposure to the following technologies is preferred not mandatory: Java/J2EE. Web Services Web APIs and microservices SQL and NoSQL based solutions Cloud deployments containers and continuous integration SOAP and RESTful services.
