Description:
We are seeking a talented Video Editor and amp; Motion Graphics Specialist to join our dynamic team at Mailercloud in Kozhikode Kerala. This part-time role is ideal for creative individuals who have a passion for storytelling through video and possess a strong skill set in visual editing and motion graphics. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to create engaging video content that highlights our SaaS products and resonates with our audience.
Experience: 2-4 years (minimum)

Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video storytelling.
- Basic Illustrator / Photoshop (for graphic adjustments)
- Audio editing and amp; syncing
- Color correction
- Subtitle animation
- Basic sound design
- Export formats for ads (Meta YouTube LinkedIn)
Good to have skills:
- Knowledge of 9:16 1:1 16:9 ad formats
- Experience creating SaaS explainer videos
- UGC-style editing trends (fast cuts captions hooks)
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Multimedia Animation Film Production Visual Communication Graphic Design or related field
- or Diploma /Certification in Video Editing / Motion Graphics with a strong portfolio.
- 2-4 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
Marketing Understanding (Highly Important):
Since this role supports a SaaS marketing team the candidate should understand:
- How to structure product explanation videos
- The importance of a strong hook within the first 3 seconds
- Effective CTA placement in marketing videos
- Video storytelling frameworks such as Problem Solution Product Demo Benefits
- Ad pacing and engagement techniques for performance marketing

Marketing or advertisement videos
Motion graphics projects
Product explainer videos or SaaS-related content
