The Role

Software Engineers help execute GSCFs product vision for a highly scalable supply chain financing platform. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who has worked with high volume transactional systems and understands agile product development.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Design develop and execute the architectural vision for the next evolution of GSCFs product.
Design develop test deploy maintain and improve software.
Build a product that helps businesses maximize their financing opportunities and take data-driven approaches to grow together.
Help prepare GSCFs platform for scale.
Work with Java/Kotlin and TypeScript and other technologies when it makes sense.

What You Bring to the Team:

Bachelors degree or equivalent. Studies in engineering computer science or other technical related field a plus.
5 years of software development experience. FinTech experience a plus (payments lending banking B2B).
Fluent in Java/Kotlin and TypeScript. Knowledge of other programming languages (Python JavaScript Go or similar is a plus)
Deep knowledge of Software Design Patterns and Object Oriented Principles
Solid knowledge of relational and/or noSQL databases
Very good understanding of Spring ecosystem Hibernate/JPA
Knowledge of modern frontend application stack
You know how to write good code use automation to manage quality and prefer practicality over perfection.
You are self-motivated intellectually curious and you love to solve tough problems.
You can multi-task and manage your own time effectively.
You are a collaborative team player always willing to assist colleagues and have the flexibility to succeed and drive results in a fast-paced high-charged environment.
Individual of high integrity with the self-confidence to see many sides of a problem and resolve issues with empathy and intelligence.
