About the Role
Direct Promotions is seeking a Production Graphic Artist to join our growing production team. This is a production-heavy role focused on execution accuracy and speed not high-level creative concepting or brand development.
You will work alongside our existing Philippines-based production artist to manage increasing design volume support peer collaboration and ensure efficient throughput across client projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured production work working within templates and delivering precise high-volume design output.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute production-heavy design tasks using established templates
- Resize artwork and adapt creative across multiple formats
- Perform logo manipulation and asset placement
- Prepare accurate client proofs for review and approval
- Implement revisions quickly and precisely
- Manage and prioritize an active art queue efficiently
- Ensure all files are print-ready and aligned with specifications
- Maintain high attention to detail across repetitive production tasks
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (primary tool)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Experience in print-heavy or production-focused environments
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume design queue
- Strong attention to detail and file accuracy
- Ability to follow established templates and brand guidelines closely
- High responsiveness and ability to turn revisions around quickly
- Comfortable with repetitive execution-focused tasks
- Production-focused rather than concept/creative-first
- Comfortable working within clear structure and established systems
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Cost-conscious and aligned with mid-market production budgets
- Based in the Philippines for team collaboration and timezone alignment
- Not a creative director role
- Not a branding or strategy position
- Not focused on high-level campaign ideation
