Nowwerelooking for a Quality & Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food and will be based ineither Mölndal SwedenRoeselare Belgium or Vuosaari Finland and report to theBranded Products Quality Manager. You will be part ofa great teamof people based in our locations across Europe.

In this role you will be an important player in securing product information and package labelling content. You will be responsible for providing needed quality and regulatory data such as label artwork food safety parameters in specifications in various business and product development processes and projects.

Your role in the blend

  • Participation in product development and/or marketing projects aiming to launch products locally and internationally

  • Providing quality and food safety knowledge and support within the area of regulatory and legal compliance

  • Coordinating of risk assessments in changes in new raw material projects in new product launch projects and in projects with contract manufacturing

  • Securing accurate quality information for new and existing products. Interpret and respond to regulatory questions to resolve issues in co-operation with Pauligs regulatory team experts

  • Accountability for package labelling control: verification of ingredient list declarations and product claims verification of fulfilment of regulatory requirements

Your key ingredients

You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this

  • University degree in Bio engineering food science/technology nutrition or equivalent

  • Few years of working experience from international food industry

  • Experience of quality and sales support data management systems (ERP product data tools)

  • Experience of quality and regulatory compliance checks/verifications

  • Ability to interpret and implement legislation

  • Fluency in written and spoken English as company language is English

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and ways to manage food safety in food productionis considered beneficial to succeed in this role

As a person we would like you to be precise and able to concentrate prioritize and follow procedures. Ability to understand and meet deadlines. Ability and willingness to work in cross-functional project teams but also independently to meet the targets is needed in this job. You have a curiosity to learn from others and to use new IT-tools and systems. The ability to cooperate and communicate with others is a key to succeed in this role. As you are the quality representative in a specialist role advising and acquiring credibility with stakeholders is needed.
