As aDemand Fulfillment Specialistsupporting ourSupply Chain Planning team you will be trusted to work onthe global in and outbound flow of productsandfairshare allocation to more than 100 countriesat ourBornem Distribution Center.

In this role a typical day will include:

• Collaborating with internal and external partners to solve complex fulfillment and allocation challenges.

• Managing the daily deployment of released products monitoring aging inventory and preventing obsolete stock.

• Creating push orders for affiliates based on forecasts inventory levels intransit goods lead times and storage capacity.

• Setting priorities for QA Warehouse and Export teams to mitigate stockouts and backorders.

• Optimizing transportation modes and container utilization by combining incoming products from multiple suppliers.

WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON

• A bachelors degree or equivalent experience; no specific field required.

• Experience in supply chain planning logistics or a related operational environment.

• Strong technical skills: Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables) and previous SAP experience.

• Ability to analyze complex data solve technical problems and manage a steep learning curve.

• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal); good understanding of Dutch is required speaking/writing is a strong plus.

• A proactive mindset strong ownership and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
