We are seeking individuals dedicated to promoting and improving belonging districtwide. This small team is committed to fostering a welcoming inclusive and supportive environment for all students staff and families within our school district.

- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in education diversity and inclusion work or related field
- Strong understanding of inclusive practices and cultural competency in educational settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting belonging and inclusivity in education
- Strong organizational and project management skills
