Position Summary:
The Student Affairs Operations Work Study Assistant will assist the department by providing administrative support for programs services and activities. The student may work with/for other staff in the unit on a project basis as time skills and need dictate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Filing
Phone outreach to students
Event coordination assistance
Process documentation assistance
Meeting minutes
Resume review support
Assist with data reports
Research requests
Special projects as assigned
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be a current Franklin student and have Federal Work Study eligibility
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented
Dependable
Prompt
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently and follow the direction of the supervisor
Comfortable working with highly confidential documents
Preferred Skills and Characteristics:
Ideal candidate must be able to work 20-25 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00.
