Job Summary
Red Arch Solutions is hiring a Experienced Software Engineer on a priority program in Annapolis Junction MD. The Software Engineer shall be responsible for developing sustaining and troubleshooting GHOSTGEMs software suite of applications including DINO and possibly future capabilities as mission needs arise. Software development activities include implementation testing and integration with other COTS GOTS and FOSS products packages and libraries.
Position Required Skills:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Qualifications: Masters degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity.
OR
Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus seven (7) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity
OR
Nine (9) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity. - Experience using the Linux CLI and Tools
- Experience developing scripts using Bash
- Recent Python (3.x) software development experience
- Experience with Rust programming concepts or a willingness and aptitude to learn Rust
- Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and containerd
- Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes
- Experience creating Helm Charts to deploy containerized services on Kubernetes
- Familiar with Messaging Frameworks including RabbitMQ
- Familiar with CI/CD principles methodologies and tools including GitLab CI
- Familiar with IaC principles methodologies and tools such as Ansible
- Experience using Git Source Control System
- Experience with SQL databases including PostgreSQL
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and Confluence
Salary range for this position $196000-$229000 #CJ
The Red Arch Solutions pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
