Job Summary
duties:
assets - Oversee preparation and tracking of capex CIP movement report
sheet schedules - Prepare/review
of journals entries review GL reports
recharges
end accruals reports - Coupa PR and Concur
GAAP reporting reconciliation with US Gaap
related duties:
taxes reporting GST/VAT OneSource preparation and tax reporting
computation for Corp Tax ECI and final tax
related duties:
Assets Plan and oversee yearly fixed assets count
and internal audit - Preparation of audit schedules consolidation worksheets RPT asset sightings liaison with external auditors etc
duties:
- Real Estate and Equipment leasing entries
archival
of Royalties template to USA
surveys and questionnaires
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with a recognized accounting certificate or
- LCCI Diploma in Accounting or any other equivalent qualification
- KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Required:
- 5 to 10 years accounting experience gained in MNCs
- Strong Excel skills
- Having sense of dedication in meeting reporting deadlines
- Fast worker with a keen sense for detail
- Proactive and team player
- Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle is a definite advantage but not a must.
- Operates as independent professional and strong communication skills
- Good teamwork spirit and willing to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills
- English and mandarin speaking
