Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze quality topics from the production process together with line leaders and quality controllers
Take care of change management process in the production process including qualification process releases
Handle Internal/External customer claims related to production process
Create Internal/External Customer A3/8D reports and communicate to related stakeholders
New projects collaboration
Launch of mass production
Problem-solving leading on production process
Conduct internal audits and receive external audits
Prepare work instructions
co-create production process documentation: Control Plan and PFMEA
Required Qualifications
Min. 2 year experience in a similar role within production area
University degree in engineering
Problem-solving skills; knowledge of FMEA Control Plan 5 Why Ishikawa
Knowledge of English (B2/C1) and Polish
Customer oriented communicative proactive able to work independently without supervision
