CYO Transportation provides school bus services to a variety of public private and parochial schools as well as to numerous youth-serving organizations. The programs mission is to get passengers to their destination safely on-time and ready to learn and participate. The transportation services have grown to include home-to-school routes serving area schools and organizations.
Salary: $ 25.00 per hour
Location: Onsite 5 days a week
Under the general guidance of the Operations Manager the Bus Washer cleans school buses agency vehicles shop areas fuels and parks vehicles.
- Position performs cleaning and minor routine maintenance tasks outdoors at the CYO Transportation yard.
- Wash buses and vehicles inside and outside.
- Move buses and vehicles to keep yard organized and efficient.
- Keep buses and vehicles fueled as needed.
- Empty gabage cans around yard and shop area.
- Keep yard shop and shed areas clean and organized.
- Make sure buses with particulate filters are plugged in as needed.

- Ability to read meters and record data
- Ability to work various hours including early morning and late evening shifts
- Ability to learn CYO procedurures regulations and requirements with respect to saftety operations and organization.
- Demonstrates the necessary attitudes knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in cross-cultural situations.
