Job Summary
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support the operations team with administrative tasks such as documentation data entry and report preparation.
Observe existing processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
Suggest improvement ideas to optimize productivity reduce waste or streamline workflows.
Collect clean and organize operational data
Work with crossfunctional teams such as Production Quality Supply Chain and warehouse.
Communicate updates followups and operational requirements effectively.
Follow organizational policies safety standards and quality guidelines.
Support ongoing operational improvement projects.
Gain an understanding of core operational processes systems and KPIs.
Use tools such as MS office and ERP systems.
Assist in scheduling meetings preparing minutes of meetings (MoM) and tracking action items.
Who You Are:
You are an enthusiastic and detailoriented engineering or operations student who is eager to gain handson experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with lean concepts (5S Kaizen value stream mapping) is a plus.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
Positive attitude eagerness to learn and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
A student pursuing Mechanical Industrial Production or related engineering fields.
Interest in Lean Manufacturing 5S Kaizen or continuous improvement activities.
