Job Summary
As a Sr Data Administrator here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management and analysis of large volumes of data. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the efficient handling of data and driving business insights. You will develop and implement data management strategies policies and procedures collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity. Additionally you will oversee data governance activities manage data integration and migration projects and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management. Your strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills will be essential in this role.
In this role you will impact the management and analysis of data ensuring data quality and integrity and driving business insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and oversee data governance activities manage data integration and migration projects and stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in data management data governance or a related role
- Strong knowledge of data management principles practices and technologies
- 2 years of experience with data integration data migration and data quality tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
- Desired experience in data governance frameworks and practices
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong project management skills
