We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the design planning and delivery of organisational change across a diverse portfolio of initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO) for Berry Street Yooralla.
You will work broadly across the organisation supporting changes to operations technology and client services to ensure new ways of working are effectively adopted and sustained. Partnering with Project Managers senior leaders and service teams you will drive people centered change and help uplift organisational change capability through practical frameworks tools and guidance.
In this dynamic environment youll bring initiative resilience and a commitment to excellence contributing to a culture of continuous improvement strong delivery practice and shared accountability for successful change outcomes.
