Job Summary
A well-established and respected law firm is seeking an Employment & Labor Attorney to join its team. The firm offers a collaborative environment with strong mentorship low attrition and clear opportunities for long-term career growth. Attorneys are encouraged to develop their skills while working on meaningful matters alongside experienced practitioners.
Responsibilities
- Handle wage & hour and employment discrimination litigation
- Conduct investigatory interviews and manage discovery
- Draft pleadings motions and administrative position statements
- Participate in depositions and support case strategy
- Communicate effectively with clients and manage case timelines
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active New York Bar admission
- 2 years of litigation experience ideally in employment or labor matters
- Strong writing organization and case management skills
- Deposition experience is a plus
- Salary: $120000 $155000 (depending on experience)
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
