Batteries Plus is hiring a Franchise Business Consultant to support a West Coast territory of franchise-owned this strategic field leadership role youll partner directly with franchise owners to drive operational excellence increase sales and improve profitability.
What Youll Do
- Partner with franchise owners to improve operational execution sales performance and profitability.
- Conduct store visits review key performance metrics and create action plans that drive measurable results.
- Train and coach store leadership on company programs operational standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement new initiatives and ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Analyze P&L statements and other performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide ongoing guidance development and support to strengthen leadership within each franchise.
- Promote community engagement uphold compliance and ensure a safe customer-focused environment.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Business Retail Management or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 5 years of retail management experience including 2 years in a multi-location or field support role.
- Strong knowledge of merchandising inventory control and operational best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach develop and influence others.
- Business acumen with experience in analyzing financial performance and developing improvement plans.
- Excellent communication organization and relationship-building skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
