About the Team & Business Line:

Citcos Custody team in Cork is offering a graduate an exciting opportunity to be part of their dynamic global Team. As a junior member of the team you will play a key role in supporting the safekeeping and administration of client assets gaining hands-on experience in areas such as trade settlement corporate actions processing reconciliations and client reporting. Working alongside experienced professionals you will develop a strong foundation in financial markets and custody operations while contributing to the delivery of high-quality service to some of the worlds leading investment funds.



Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • Review Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Prepare documentation and support transaction activity including subscriptions redemptions and transfers.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with investment advisors/managers fund administrators banks brokers and auditors.
  • Work closely with the wider Custody team and liaise regularly with Relationship Managers AML Legal and Compliance teams within Citco.
  • Respond to client and administrator queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and additional duties as required to support business and operational needs.


Qualifications

About You:

  • You will have a degree in Accounting/ Finance or in a related discipline.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word Excel etc.).
