What You Will Achieve

In this role you will:

  • Serve as a key resource and possibly lead lower levels within your area of expertise.
  • Manage personal time and professional development taking accountability for results and prioritizing workflow.
  • Contribute to project work group or department tasks providing direction and training to team members and may be designated as a lead worker.
  • Be recognized as a LEAD or Subject Matter Expert within your field.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential problems of basic complexity considering wider implications.
  • Complete assignments independently selecting the most appropriate methods and ensure team assignments are completed.
  • Review non-standard work for sound technical judgment and may review the work of others.
  • Adhere to Pfizer standards guidelines and values influencing teams and providing input on departmental standards and guidelines while training others.
  • Collaborate across functions for seamless investigations using approved tools to drive to root cause and document investigations thoroughly.
  • Manage deviations from start to finish update compliance documents and support the development of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) documents.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 years of experience
  • Certification in the assigned area if applicable
  • Ability to quickly assess and assimilate technical data and conduct thorough investigations
  • Thorough understanding of the internal core business process including relevant cGMP/GMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory aspects
  • Familiarity with Lean tools such as problem-solving sessions
  • Ability to monitor activities to accomplish stated objectives effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field
  • Knowledge of manufacturing methods procedures and tooling requirements
  • Experience with managing manufacturing schedules and coordinating production workflows
  • Hands-on knowledge of assembling component parts completed units including electronic mechanical structural products and plastic part assembly
  • Ability to adapt standard methods and procedures by applying knowledge prior work experience and requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity

Work Location Assignment:On Premise
