Registered Dietitian Part-Time Woodstock VA
Nutrition That Works LLC is seeking a registered dietitianto support a 88-bed long-term care facility in Woodstock VA -8hours/weekonsite work.

Duration: Open-ended
Facility Type: 88-bed long-term care facility
Start Date: Two weeks
Experience: LTC and MDS experiencepreferred (not required)
Your AssignmentWill Include:
- Completingnutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
- Documentingwith the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical recordsystem
- Collaborating withthe interdisciplinary care plan team andfood service team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteralfeedings
- Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
- Completing MDS - Section K
- Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA
Requirements:
- Credentialed as aRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)through the CDR
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process including background and health checks
