HV NWC Back Office Specialist

You will join China Back office team and base in Suzhou and it is a temporary position and your main responsibilities are:

Order Management: Process sales orders accurately coordinate with logistics for shipment and handle sample returns exchange orders.
Communication: Serve as the bridge between the sales team plant and customers; provide timely updates on order status.
Documentation: Prepare contracts invoices and reports; maintain organized sales records.
Data Support: Assist in collecting sales data and generating basic reports (weekly/monthly).
After-Sales: Address customer inquiries and complaints coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues.

Who we are looking for

Bachelor degree or above; 3 year of related experience preferred.
Proficient in Office software (especially Excel); experience with SAP systems is a plus.
Detail-oriented strong communication skills and a team player.
