HR Administration Specialist
Job Summary
With a strong presence in Bulgaria we are committed to sustainable responsible and innovative agriculture practices. Our success is built upon a foundation of talented individuals and we are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join our team in Sofia.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records including personal data contracts and HR documents.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees.
- Assists in local regional and global HR payments for EMEA countries - BG France Switzerland
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Assist with organizing HR internal and external events - training employer branding wellbeing ad hoc HR projects & initiatives etc.
- Assisst in preparation of internal and external communication - HR Newsletter screens flyers posters ect.
Qualifications :
Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in English - both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Technologically savvy
