The Role:
The Talent Acquisition Expert will be a key support role within our global recruitment team focusing on building good working relationships candidate sourcing screening and selection and supporting the interview process. This position is ideal for someone eager to advance their career in recruitment offering exposure to a wide range of positions on a global scale and the opportunity to thrive in a collaborative innovative environment. The successful candidate will be passionate about connecting people with exciting career opportunities and dedicated to ensuring a positive candidate experience.
As a Talent Acquisition Expert you will focus on:
- Manage full cycle of recruitment process from initial requisition to final placement of candidates forthe respective job functions
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand specific department requirements
- Scour job search websites for potential candidates and contact them personally
- Be contact person for external recruitment agencies
- Manage and update HR database system on a daily basis
- Recruitment reporting and participation in interviews
- Referral program processing
- Participation in career fairs
- Manage a variety of vacancies prioritization multitasking
- Act as a point of contact for new and current employees
- Act as regional Recruitment Business Partner towards local and international management
- Partner with international HR teams on additional projects and employee issues as required
- Participation in creating and implementing new local HR and company procedures and policies as
required
What you bring in:
- Experience: 3 years previous experience within recruitment with a focus on sourcing and screening.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle a high volume of multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Solution mindset: The ability to think around problems and minimize risk/challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor and ability to adapt communication style to different audiences. Must be fluent in English.
- Energy & Attitude: Collaborative high energy positive attitude and a genuine passion for people and growing within the recruitment field.
- Learning & Adaptability: Willingness to learn ask questions problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Education: Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field preferred but not required.
