Join our dormakaba business services Master Data team as a Master Data Expert to drive operational excellence at the heart of our data landscape. Execute complex master data activities within an international GBS environment deliver against demanding SLAs and KPIs and act as a trusted point of escalation for stakeholders across the globe. Work hands-on with SAP ERP across FI/CO/SD modules analyze and profile large datasets and continually challenge processes to deliver the most efficient and cost-effective ways of working. Collaborate closely with the Master Data Team Lead on harmonization and automation initiatives support successful knowledge transfers and new project execution and help us build a master data engine that powers dormakabas digital enablement roadmap.

What you will do

• Ensure process documentation is prepared and updated regularly for all activities performed by the team.
• Continually review challenge and update process and practices to provide the most efficient and cost-effective best practice.
• Ensure service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Ensure successful activity transition and new project execution throughout the Knowledge Transfer stabilization periods and beyond.
• Oversee and execute daily activities organize work with the rest of the team set quality standards for the operational execution
• Drive the teams delivery ensuring efficiency timeliness and accuracy data and business information
• Perform complex activities within the Master Data tower in the dormakaba business services
• Act as a point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders
• Closely collaborate with the Master Data Manager Head in driving harmonization and automation of data flows

What we require

• 3 Master Data Experience in an international GBS environment.
• Minimum BA preferably in Accounting / Finance / Economy
• E2E master data process knowledge for at least one data object.
• Ability to analyze large datasets perform data profiling and follow up on cleansing
• Experienced in prioritizing tasks within a GBS organization.
• SAP ERP experience with core data display query builder and core business transactions related to FI/CO/SD modules
• Advanced practical knowledge of ERP systems (Navision SAP); MS Office (Excel) and Hyperion as a strong plus
• English skills sufficient for verbal and written business communication (intermediate at least)
• Collaborative disciplined responsible innovative and open for changes
• Ambitions to learn and develop
