Job Summary
Management Trainee Key Responsibilities:
Engage with a variety of customers providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
Learn and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers for our clients.
Progress from entry-level duties to team leadership and ultimately management
Gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing while undergoing cross-training in leadership positions.
Participate in hiring train new associates and handle back-office duties
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales retail customer service or marketing is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Desire to learn and grow within a dynamic and progressive firm.
