Physical Therapist Meridian ID (10 miles W of Boise)
We are looking for a dynamic motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice part time in Meridian ID just 10 miles west of Boise. Join our team of passionate therapists and providers as we help restore functionality mobility and our patients quality of life. We are looking for a Physical Therapist who has experience treating injuries has sufficient computer skills and is willing to learn our EHR system. You will be working alongside a reputable and well-respected team of medical providers therapists and amazing support staff.

Duties:
- Patient evaluation/exam medical history review pertinent reports/imaging and physical exam
- Treatment plan formulation
- Physical Therapy- therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Patient education about the diagnosis care plan options lifestyle modifications and exercises
- Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Work with and supervise therapy assistants
- Documentation/reports- timely and accurate EHR
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Physical Therapist license in ID
- Part time 20 hours per week
- $40-$45/hour (DOE)
